Orders are shipped standard Priority Mail, unless customer selects 2-day shipping option.

Orders on Saturdays must be placed no later than 11 AM CST to provide same day shipping.

We are satisfied when you are 100% satisfied with the products you purchase. Returns and/exchanges are allowed within 15 days of delivery. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable. If item(s) arrive in error or are defective, please email us at info@leadwithchar.com.
In your email, clearly communicate the reason for the return or exchange of your item and include your order number. For example, you need a new size or prefer a different item. We cannot guarantee that items and sizes will be in stock.
